Chicken in creamy mustard marinade
Winning and simple recipe of cooking chicken, the meat turns out very tender and juicy. For those who love fast and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Seasoning

    3 tsp

Cooking

Prepare everything you need for cooking. Chicken meat well, wash and dry, peel garlic.

Add equal parts sour cream and mayonnaise. But, as I said, it is better to use only the cream (I was little)

Add the mustard, it can be anything (I have a Swedish mustard from whole grains)

Finely chop the garlic

Add it to our marinade

Taste, add seasoning (I brought them as a gift, so the names do not know). You can add a standard seasoning for chicken or turmeric

Give everything a good stir. Next important point - the chicken needs to marinate at least an hour or two. If not in a hurry, you can wait longer, but then it is better to put it in the refrigerator

After time grease the form with butter and spread our marinated chicken (can be baked in the sleeve, so it will be even better)

Put in oven for 50 minutes at 180-200 degrees. (Time may vary depending on power of oven)
