Apple pie
Today we had guests, and I baked 2 cake. One of them was this Apple pie. As the apples were medium size, and the pie turned out higher. Very soft, fluffy and Apple-chocolate! Recipe taken from the magazine.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Apple

    7 piece

  • Cookies

    100 g

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

Wash the apples, wipe dry. Carefully cut from each core, to form a hole. The bottom of the apples a little cut (for stability). Crumble biscuits into fine crumbs. Chocolate to melt (I did this in the microwave)

Mix the crumbs and chocolate, add the cinnamon.

The resulting mass to fill the holes of the apples. Form for baking lay parchment and place in it the prepared apples.

To prepare the dough: eggs, sugar and butter into a creamy lather. Separately mix the sour cream with the soda. Then combine the two masses and add the flour. Pour apples test.

Bake in a preheated 180 gr. the oven. Check this: after 40 min. to pierce the middle of the cake dry with a knife, if the blade remains in the dough, the cake is not ready yet. If the blade came out dry, it is possible to get the pie out of the oven. The finished pie sprinkle with powdered sugar.
