Pickled cucumbers with green peas
This recipe I found in the vastness of the net. Make first time. But I think that should be good. Cucumbers and peas can be used as a snack. And to add to salads such as "Olivier" or "Salad".

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

  • Green peas

    150 g

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Greens

Green peas wash well and boil for 10-15 minutes. Drain the water.

On the bottom of the clean jars, stack the greens to close. All you need to do. I have an umbrella dill, a small leaf of horseradish, a few currant leaves + garlic. Garlic is also a good choice. I have 1 large clove, cut in half.

On top lay the cucumber, alternating them with green peas.

Then In a jar, gently pour in the boiling water, cover them with sterilised lids and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Then drain the water in a pot, bring it to a boil again and pour a jar of boiling water for 5 minutes. Again pour water into the pot. And prepare the marinade. In the water add salt, sugar, vinegar. Bring again to a boil and fill the banks up to the top with boiling marinade. Roll up.

To turn upside down and allow to cool. You can wrap up. But I never do.

Store jars in the pantry or cellar.
