For the marinade mix, salt, soy sauce, Khmeli-suneli, tomato paste.
Clean carp, remove the intestines, wash. RUB the marinade (reserve a little marinade for the filling).
Parsley, onion, dill, butter grind and thoroughly mix everything.
Stuff the fish.
Fry over hot coals until tender, turning occasionally.
