Cooking
For pancakes we need the wild rice. Wild rice is very easy and quick to prepare if you follow some simple instructions: Before cooking rice, it must be well rinsed with water. Wild rice should be cooked on low heat. To reduce cooking time for wild rice can be soaked for 30-50 minutes in cold water. The main rule is that the wild rice should not be dry! Leave to cool

Add flour mixture to the yogurt.
