Description
Mtsvadi is a Georgian shish kebab name. Probably all will agree that the kebab is very tasty and favorite dish of all. Personally, I love Georgian shish kebab, and I was particularly drawn to a recipe from the book "Georgian cuisine". In the book I read that the people of Georgia don't really like the marinade, assuming that it interrupts the taste of meat, so they just salt and pepper the skewers during the cooking process. A barbecue is different from our usual, but it turns out not less tasty.

Cooking
Wash the meat, DAB with a paper towel. Chop them into pieces.
Strung pieces of meat on skewers. I use large skewers from the FORESTER.
Prepare the coals. Put the skewers over the coals prepared.
Cook the skewers for 15-20 minutes, turning often and every time to add salt and season with spices a little. Instead of pepper I used spices from TM "FORESTER", in their composition includes sea salt, dried garlic, coriander, paprika, mustard seeds, cinnamon, marjoram, juniper berry, allspice, cumin and black pepper.
Onion peel, cut into thin half-rings. Cilantro wash, shake off water and slice. Mix the coriander with the onions.
The finished skewers on a platter and sprinkle the prepared onions.
