Potato gratin with smoked mackerel
Simple to outrageous, but very tasty and flavorful dish! I want this humble recipe to congratulate all of the cook of palm Sunday!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Mackerel

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

  • Dill

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Boil potatoes in their skins until soft and clear. Cut into slices thickness of about 5 mm.

Onions finely cut and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Form for baking grease with vegetable oil.

Lay overlapping slices of potato and fried onions on top, season with pepper and a little salt.

Smoked mackerel clean from the skin and select the bones. Cut into large pieces and place on top of potatoes with onions.

Then again a layer of potatoes, onions and fish. The last layer of potatoes, pepper, sprinkle with finely chopped dill and a little salt, if desired, add your favorite spices.

For the sauce in a pan pour a little oil and add 1 tbsp flour, fry for a few minutes. Add the flour a little more than half a glass of water and stirring constantly cook for another couple minutes, season with salt to taste.

Pour the sauce future casserole, flatten and send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.

Serve sprinkled with fresh herbs.
