Cooking
We will be cooking in a large clay pot. Potatoes peel and cut into large chunks. To place them in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, generously sprinkle oregano, pour a half part olive oil and juice of 1 lemon. Mix all the ingredients well so that the potatoes have been coated with sauce on all sides.
