Beetroot bake with chicken giblets
Simple but very tasty dish from the available ingredients. Not very photogenic :), but a hearty, warming in autumn days, very homey. Recipe borrowed from the AMF website.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    4 piece

  • Giblets

    700 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

First you need to boil until cooked beet and giblets.

I took the chicken hearts. You can take and the ventricles, or both. Only the liver is not very the place :). I cooked and beets, and hearts for about an hour.

While it is possible to slice two onions and fry in 1 tbsp oil until soft.

Boil hard boiled and chopped 2 eggs.

Ready beets and the giblets cool slightly. Skip the giblets through a meat grinder, add browned onion and chopped boiled eggs. Season with salt to taste, add your favorite spices (I Khmeli-suneli). The beef is ready.

Beets peel, grate on a coarse grater. Utensils for baking grease with oil, put half of the beets. I only had 4, but the fifth would not hurt...

Spread the stuffing on top.

Then the remaining beets. Whisk a couple of eggs with 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream, podsalvage to taste and gently, with a spoon, pour on top of our casserole, distributing the filling evenly.
