Cooking
First prepare the eggplant.
Eggplant cut in half, make cuts across the surface.
Sbryznem olive oil, grate a spicy mixture of minced garlic, oregano and pepper. Pour soy sauce.
Bake in a preheated 200 degrees in the oven for 20 minutes.
