  • Ryazhenka

    250 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Parsley

    1 piece

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cut the meat into slices. Fermented baked milk mixed with salt, spices and pour it over the meat. Let stand (the longer the better). then add 1 egg mix and fry in hot pan with minimum oil. Put in a baking dish.

To make the sauce: in a blender grind the Basil, nuts and grated on a fine grater parsley, add water and beat again. The resulting mixture is spread on the meat, cover with parchment paper or foil and send bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes, then another 30 at 160 degrees. About 15 minutes before the end of the parchment to remove.
