Chicken thighs and vegetable sauce in the microwave
Delicious, aromatic thighs to work in just 20 minutes. My kids did not want to eat stew and boiled vegetables. And so I came up with a cunning step: make chicken with vegetables, and then quick pull the vegetables until they see, and make the amazingly flavorful and delicious sauce. Kids call it the homemade ketchup. Very tasty and quick! Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Sundried tomatoes

  • Dill

  • Garlic

  • Coriander

  • Basil

  • Chicken thigh

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spices

Cooking

To the thighs add all of our spices and thoroughly RUB the chicken

Cut onion into half rings, pepper cut into strips, carrot slices and tomato slices
