Baked eggplant with cap
It's time for vegetables. As a side dish and not only. Tasty as in hot or cold.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    150 g

  • Garlic

    4 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    70 ml

Vegetables wash, dry. Eggplant and tomatoes cut into thin slices. Just prisolit. Chop the garlic and mix with mayonnaise. Greens finely chop. Grate cheese on a fine grater. Pepper cut into thin squares.

Eggplant dipped in salted flour and fry in a pan over a high heat for a few minutes each side. Remove immediately to a form in which to bake. To grease with mayonnaise mixture, sprinkle with herbs and pepper. On top put tomatoes and sprinkle cheese liberally. You can put several layers on top of each other.

Pour on top of tomato juice and send in the oven up to 180 degrees for 10 min-15 min (that went liquid and cooked everything).

Can as a separate dish and as a garnish. Bon appetit.
