Description
Chimichurri (Spanish chimichurri) is a delicious Argentinian sauce of parsley with grilled meat. Name difficult, but to prepare this sauce you will not be more than two or three minutes!!! What is it fragrant! It's something! The sauce is perfect for grilled meat. I offer to cook roast pork and serve with the sauce.

Cooking
Squeeze the juice from lemons. We will need 120 ml of juice for sauce and 2 tbsp for marinating meat
Mix 2 tbsp of lemon juice with olive oil. Chunks of pork with salt and sprinkle with pepper. Marinated in a mixture of oil and lemon juice for 30 minutes.
Fry in a pan or on the grill until cooked
While marinated and prepared the meat for the sauce. For the basic version of chimichurri need only parsley and garlic. But on this basis it is possible to prepare the chimichurri sauce in different versions, adding dill, celery, cilantro greens. Or oregano, cumin, dried thyme
Finely chop a bunch of parsley and 2 cloves of garlic and green Chile peppers by removing the seeds
Grind in a blender the parsley, garlic, chili pepper, adding the olive oil. At the end add lemon juice and whisk the sauce in a blender
Add salt to taste, stir, taste. If necessary adjust salt and lemon juice. Of the sauce pour in the gravy boat
Put pork on a plate and pour rest of the sauce In principle, from this quantity of products out of the sauce for 2-3 servings. But I bet you its not enough!!! Of the sauce you will certainly eat meat, and the rest of the sauce you want to eat straight with a spoon or dip bread in it. Therefore, you can make the sauce more!!!
