Chicken thighs in garlic-ginger marinade
I suggest to marinate the chicken thighs with soya sauce, garlic and ground ginger and bake on the fire. Tasty and fragrant.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    4 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    30 ml

For a start, marinate the chicken thighs. Hips drizzle with Kikkoman soy sauce and olive oil. Oil will contribute to the flavor and it will turn brown finished dish.

I have young garlic, I just cut slices and added to chicken thighs.

Sprinkle hips ground ginger and stir so all the spices are evenly dispersed on the meat. I prefer to mix by hand. Put to marinate in the refrigerator, covered with cling film. Marinade for 3-4 hours.

Then prepare grill and coals. Thighs spread on bars.

Roast on coals until tender. Approximately 45-50 minutes.

A ready shish kebab from chicken thighs served to the table hot. Perfectly with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetable salad dressed with sour cream or butter to taste. Bon appetit!
