Coconut pancakes with caramelized pineapple
Very fragrant pancakes with juicy and delicious pineapple sauce. Need canned pineapple, because we will also need the syrup too. If you have coconut milk, you can make pancakes on it.

If you have coconut milk, use it, but I have two options for replacement. You can reheat the milk until hot and add the chips, leave for five minutes, the chips swell and beat in the bowl of a blender.
