Description
This is the first recipe that I add. Sorry for dirt on pictures, was cooking in a student dormitory. The recipe is versatile. You can adjust the fat content using lowfat sour cream, cream or milk. Can add something from myself. Very tasty and satisfying.

Cooking
Take our shrimp. I was pounds, but I cleaned and became Paul. You can not clean them, but I'm used without a shell.
Fry it in vegetable oil on high heat for about a minute.
Add shrimp. Fry for about a minute, stirring constantly.
Pour sour cream. Once again I remind you that the cream gives sour shrimp. If you don't want - simmer in milk or cream. Add the greens. I have the plants gone, so I added dried dill, salt, and pepper.
Simmer until the cream thickens.
