To prepare the dough for pancakes, you must beat the eggs with sour cream, then stir in the remaining ingredients. And you can bake on a dry pan. The pancakes are soft, do not rush when screwing them in toppings.
When baking pancakes, boil the rice according to the directions on the package. You should get 150 grams of cooked rice.
