Meat, red currants in pots
One of the best hot dishes can be meat, baked with red currants. New, bright and unusual taste of this dish will appeal to many.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    800 g

  • Red currants

    300 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Meat cut into pieces. Add the mustard, honey, salt, pepper. Mix well.

Currants (can be frozen) mix with sugar.

In pots put the meat.

From above to lay out the red currants. Put into each pot with one clove of garlic. Cook at 200 degrees for approximately 1 hour.

Delicious meat cooked with red currants, served hot.
