Cakes with carrot stuffing
Thin and crispy puff pastry, successfully combined with a velvety filling of carrots!!! But filling is not the usual, and a rich, colourful and intriguing your taste buds)))

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    500 g

  • Carrots

    5 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sausage

    6 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Khmeli-suneli

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sesame

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

Cooking

Carrots and sausage mince. Add nerezenko parsley, soy sauce, salt, Khmeli-suneli, rosemary. Mix thoroughly.

Then introduce the cream.

Defrost the dough and roll out thinly. With the help of mugs, press out circles of dough.

In one circle put the filling.

Cover with another circle and tighten the edges together with a fork. Spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake at 180 degrees until Golden brown.
