Cutlets from beef heart
Hello! Often from the heart, prepare the goulash, and my grandmother did very delicate and not greasy burgers.

Take beef heart, semolina, onion, salt, pepper, spices.

Boiled heart mince ( I use blender), add semolina, eggs, salt, pepper, spices and mix. I'm doing all this in a blender. If the stuffing turned out a little dry, add broth to desired consistency Give the meat to stand for 15 minutes - 20 and make patties. Dip them in flour or breadcrumbs. Fry in the pan.
