Cooking
First of all, a few hours before cooking, pour Mac boiling water and leave to swell. For the dough beat 125 g of butter 0,5 Cup. sugar, add 1 egg yolk (protein goes into the cheese filling). The recipe is for the size of the form approximately 35x35 cm I form less, so the cake turned out above and that it is not burnt, I bake I it longer and at a lower temperature (160 deg.) If the top starts to brown and the middle of the cake will be moist, cover it with foil.
