Bright and tender meat surrounded by juicy orange and aromatic honey.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

  • Chicken breast

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Starch

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Spices

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

Buckwheat boil in salted water as directed on package. Breast, cut into strips, salt and pepper.

From orange squeeze juice, to cut and leave the 4 rings. In a bowl, mix orange juice, lemon zest, honey and 2 tbsp of olive oil. Chicken strips to put in the marinade and leave for 5-7 minutes.

In a hot frying pan pour 2 tbsp oil and fry our chicken strips, no more than 5-7 min. Ready meat to put it on a plate

The fire abated and the remaining oil fry on both sides rings orange. Toasted orange remove to the chicken and in the pan pour the marinade where the chicken lay. Fire to remove to low, add cornstarch and stir until thick. Chicken served with orange and buckwheat.
