Cooking

step-0
Our main ingredients. PS the original recipe used cranberry sauce, but since I have the cranberry sauce from last year and it has sugar, and something new I can't find, then I took the cranberry sauce.
step-1
Halves breast wash and Pat dry with paper towel. You can then make schnitzel, i.e. each piece to cut part of the thick edge, and a piece from the inside. If the breast halves are small (like me), it is possible to leave them as is. Further, in any case - you need every piece: - to discourage (if schnitzel, it is not very strongly not to "flatten" at all) - to taste salt and pepper - roll in flour, then in egg and breaded in bread crumbs - in a pan with hot oil fry the breast pieces on both sides until light brown At the same time to turn on to heat the oven, 180 degrees
step-2
Breast (schnitzel) after roasting transfer to a baking sheet. And put in the preheated oven. Approximate cooking time is 30 minutes. Time depends on oven and thickness of slices breast (schnitzel).
step-3
While the chicken is in the oven, slice the Camembert.
step-4
Pear (better to use a soft pear) peel, cut into two halves to release the seeds and cut into not thick slices.
step-5
As the chicken is ready, get a baking sheet (oven do not power off!!!) and every piece of the breast to spread out the slices of pear - 3-4 pieces or more depending on the size of the breast and the size of the pear. On top of the pears to put in about 1.5 tsp. (or more - all to Your taste) of cranberry sauce. And again put the pan in the oven for 5-8 minutes.
step-6
Again to get the pan without turning off the oven. Arrange on each piece of breast (on top of the pears with cranberries) - Camembert, 2 or more slices (again depending on the size of the breast). Place the baking sheet back in the oven for 2-4 minutes. It is necessary that only the cheese just started to melt away. Therefore, it is important not to overdo, otherwise the Camembert can "get away" with meat.
step-7
The finished dish can be served on the table. Bon appetit!
