Description

Mushrooms with chicken in cream sauce
This dish can be served with any side dish of your choice.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Chicken

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 g

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Greens

    2 coup

If the mushrooms raw, they must be clean of dirt, with hats to remove the skin and cut into small slices. I had pasteurized and already sliced.

The major onion peel and cut into medium-sized pieces (whichever you prefer).

3 cloves of garlic cleaned and finely chop.

Greens wash and finely chop.

Onions fry in sunflower oil refined until transparent and soft.

Pour to the prepared onions mushrooms

And roast it on the fire, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.

Add salt, pepper, and garlic for a few minutes on the fire.

Chicken fry.

Add the chicken and sour cream.

Stir, keeping the pan on medium heat until the cream will not melt and not turn into a homogeneous sauce. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Add the greens.

Stir and saute a couple of minutes. The finished dish can be served with any side dish of your choice.
