Cooking
To prepare the products. Tomatoes and herbs wash and dry. Bread if necessary to pre-dry in the oven.
Chop the garlic and herbs. * I use parsley, this will also fit green onions, cilantro, lemon Basil and/or mint.
Tomatoes prick in several places with a toothpick so that the marinade is better absorbed, and marinate in mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, minced garlic and herbs, adding freshly ground black pepper. The longer the tomatoes will marinate the better.
Dried bread to turn into crumbs using blender or rolling pin/float.
Mix the breadcrumbs, chopped herbs and garlic, season with olive oil, salt and black pepper to taste, mix well so that all the chips were soaked with oil. * Perhaps someone wants to add to this mix the grated Parmesan - your right. But I do not recommend using Parmesan in dishes with soy sauce.
Pickled tomatoes to put in a refractory form, put on top of bread mixture and send in a preheated oven at 180C for 5-10 minutes or until Browning. * Remaining marinade from the tomatoes can be used as salad dressing or to marinate meat in it/fish.
Tomatoes ready to remove from the oven and give them a few minutes to cool, otherwise you can burn yourself with hot juice. When serving, decorate with greens.
