Chicken stuffed with pineapple and mushrooms
This recipe for chicken stuffed with pineapple and baked in the oven, will surprise you not only unusual taste and ease of preparation! I stumbled on the website "Your cook".

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 piece

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

    1.5 cup

  • Ginger

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Mix salt, pepper, crushed through a press garlic, grated ginger root and lemon juice.

The chicken, wash and dry it with a paper towel. RUB the chicken with the mixture inside and outside, put in a bag and leave in the cold for 20-30 minutes to marinate.

While the chicken is marinating, cut the pineapple in small pieces 2x2 (this time I cut bigger and all the stuffing does not fit in the chicken). Mushrooms washed and cut into same pieces as the pineapple. Mix well.
