Pike perch baked in foil
Pike - the fish are not fat! I was looking for, how to cook it to be tasty and useful! And I found this! Very simple to prepare, but what a flavor!

Ingredients

  • Fish

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

  • Seasoning

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Take pieces of walleye. Pour the sauce "For fish" (ingredients: onion, dill, Bay leaf, carrots, black pepper, garlic, tarragon, nutmeg), sprinkle with salt and wipe all the pieces of our fish.

Add soy sauce "Kikkoman" and mix all, marinate for 30 minutes. During this time stir occasionally.

Form cover with foil, and spread our pickled fish. Pour in olive oil for richness. Put in preheated oven for 20 minutes.

After a time we take out our fish, open the foil (carefully so as not to burn yourself). Spread on a dish and serve hot! Serve with any side dish, vegetables.
