Such tender chicken in milk is really like children! But to adults it will have to taste! The dish is very simple and quick to prepare, and therefore even more suitable for busy moms!

Cooking
To prepare chicken breast; wash and cut into small pieces, lightly roll in flour. Remove excess flour.
In a deep frying pan, heat olive oil and lightly fry the chicken pieces over medium heat on all sides until Golden brown.
Meanwhile, chop the onion, put it in a small saucepan with polka dots (number of dots can be adjusted according to your taste), pour water so that it was flush with the peas and put on fire. Bring to boil and cook on medium heat until roasted chicken (about 7-10 minutes). Season with a little salt.
Once the chicken is browned on all sides, pour warm (!) milk.
By this time the peas are slightly cooked and the amount of liquid in the pan reduced. Once the milk in a pan with a little chicken is boiled and thickens, add to the pan peas with all the remaining liquid. A little salt to taste.
To extinguish all together on a gentle heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens. Sprinkle the dish with chopped parsley, stir and remove from heat. Bon appetit!
