"Hello" - not in the sense of greeting, but in the original sense of the word - Be Healthy! Filling in the form of pate, delicate, at the same time spicy, and, as the name implies, is also useful. Thin, perforated pancakes on serum without eggs. So nice when we manage to combine tasty with healthy.

Ingredients

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

Curd proteret through a sieve, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of sour cream, depending on dryness of cheese, mustard. I got the cheese home, very gentle, and, in the absence of sour cream, I added 1 tbsp of yogurt. Radish clean, RUB on a small grater, garlic skip through a garlic press, add to curd, mix well.

Fillet of salted herring to chop very finely. I, of course, not herring, but very close to the herring fish, under the local name "banana"... they came to the fish shop, looking at the fish stalls, and "miracle!!!", see fresh herring. Could not believe his eyes, even smelled (because herring at us a rarity), I read the sign... and it says "Banana"! I'm in a stupor, well, the banana, so banana, salt - will herring)))

Sun-dried tomatoes cut into small pieces, mix everything carefully. If necessary, add salt, black pepper or, for a thrill, hot red pepper. Remove the stuffing-pate in the fridge.

Cook the pancakes on his favorite recipe, or like me. Serum heat until hot, not boiling water. Add sugar and salt, whisk to dissolve the sugar. Then add the sifted flour with the baking soda quickly and mix thoroughly with a whisk, pour 2 tbsp vegetable oil (I prefer oil "Oleyna"), mix well. Let the dough rest 30 minutes.

Heat a pan (preferably nonstick), grease with vegetable oil. I pinned a slice of raw potato on a fork, dip in butter and grease the pan. Fry small thin pancakes. I got 6 pieces, which is consistent with the amount of toppings.

Pancakes put on a plate, cover with a lid or towel, so they will be very pliable for rolling into a roll, not torn. The photo shows what pancakes get perforated.

In the warm half of the pancake spread the filling, roll tightly roll pushing the filling to the free edge of the pancake.
