Yeast pancakes
This recipe in my culinary Treasury of recipes a very long time. It is very simple and not expensive. Takes a little time, and the taste is amazing. The taste is very similar to pasties, but they are entirely without meat!

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • A bouillon cube

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    200 g

  • Flour

    500 g

Prepare all the ingredients. The water should be warm but not hot. Sift the flour. Peel the onion and finely chop.

So begin kneading the dough. In warm water pour yeast SAF-moment and wait a bit when they dissolve. Then to the yeast add 2 cubes Maggi. They are very easy to crumble so they need very finely rascality. Cubes from other manufacturers very badly crumble and dissolve, so it is better to take maggi. Then add a little flour and add finely chopped onion. All mix well and add the remaining flour. The dough should be in consistency as sour cream. Maybe need a little more flour or a little less. Leave the dough for 30 minutes in a warm place. During this time the dough will increase in volume.
