Blueberry pie
Great pie on the holiday table - juicy, flavorful, very blueberry.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    50 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vanilla

    2 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Blueberries

    3.5 cup

  • Sugar

    220 g

In warm milk dissolve yeast, 1 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp flour. Stir, leave in a warm place for 20 minutes. Add to the dough eggs, remaining sugar, sour cream, melted butter, salt, mix well. Add remaining flour and knead the dough. Cover and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Then divide the dough into 2 unequal parts. One big part of the test roll out and put into a greased round shape.

The second part of the test also roll out and cut into strips with a width of 1.5 cm to Connect 2 pieces of braided cords.
