My dad is half-Greek (and the Greeks are the people welcoming, fun and lovers of delicious and beautiful to eat), so our family is honored customs and traditions of his childhood, and still love and appreciate Greek cuisine. To please everyone, offer to cook a tender and flavorful chicken.

Cooking
Take a whole chicken (can be drumsticks or thighs), wash well. Cut into pieces, wash again. Put on the fire pan, pour very little oil. Spread the chicken and fry until Golden brown.
Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
Carrots clean and RUB on a coarse grater.
Shift the vegetables to the chicken, pepper and fry until brown state. Pour in the wine and put a Bay leaf. Add salt to taste, simmer until half the wine evaporate, i.e., bring to the ready state. If you suddenly overdo it - pour in a little water and cook until done. Bon appetit!!
