Ingredients

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Onion

  • Carrots

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Semolina

1 Cup white beans soak overnight. Beans drained and rinsed under running water. Boil beans for one hour until soft.

Start the dough for the dumplings: 200 g of boiled water, 30 gr. vegetable oil, salt to taste, 2-3 tablespoons of semolina, 2 tablespoons of flax seed, (or without it), 2 tablespoons of bran, and the rest plain flour. Knead a smooth dough, density - as for the dumplings. Wrap in a package and let rest 30 min. Then roll the dough into a thin sausage and cut into dumplings of the desired size.

Or make dumplings in the form of roses. Raskatat the dough into a thin layer, a little grease with vegetable oil, shape the dough into rolls and then cut into pieces of desired thickness.

Onions and carrots cut into strips and saute in a minimal amount of vegetable oil until soft and transparent vegetables.
