Cooking
First you need to prepare a yeast dough. I did it in the bread machine, to do this, first I poured all the liquid products, then the added bulk, and set on mode "Dough". After 1.5 hours, the dough is ready. If not HP, then you can cook manually. To do this, mix the liquid ingredients for the dough (milk, egg, butter), add salt and sugar, mix well. Mix the flour with the yeast and gradually pour the entire gently kneading a smooth dough. Put the dough in a warm place, covered with a towel for 1-1. 5 hours to go.
While the dough is suitable to cook the cream. For this mix the sour cream with the egg yolks, sugar, starch.
Put the cream into a saucepan and put on fire, bring to a boil. Then remove from the heat and allow to cool in a water bath, stirring occasionally.
Roll the dough and put into a form (diameter 24 cm), I divided the dough into 2 parts and made 2 different cakes. Prick the dough with a fork in several places.
Ready cream to spread on the dough evenly.
Apples cleaned, remove core and cut into slices. Arrange the apples on cream in a single layer.
In the middle of the apples to spread a bit of raspberry. Bake pie in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 25 minutes.
Then get the pie, sprinkle with powdered sugar and bake until a slight Golden brown.
