step-0
To prepare the products: rinse well and soak the raisins. Bread, if necessary, to dry in the oven. The amount of ingredients are approximate - raisins, sugar, almonds and garlic can vary under own taste.
step-1
Dried bread crushed with rolling pin or with your hands into fine crumbs and RUB through a sieve. Peel and crush with the flat side of the knife a couple of cloves of garlic. Almonds cut into medium-sized pieces.
step-2
In salted water boil the spaghetti. For traditional Italian dishes, of course, must be used in spaghetti from durum wheat. Pasta Divella from Parmalat - a valuable product in our market, which can be used for these purposes.
step-3
Until cooked spaghetti, in a well heated pan to sear in a small amount of olive oil the cloves of garlic until the characteristic flavor, then the garlic can be (optionally) removed.
step-4
Add to pan with bread crumbs and brown so that the bread soaked in oil and roasted, but not swim in it. Turn off the heat and cool slightly.
step-5
Add to pan with raisins, almonds and sugar, mix well. The contents of the pan should not be hot, because sugar does not have sacramentalist.
step-6
Boiled spaghetti recline in a colander and mix with the contents of the pan.
step-7
Like almost any pasta dish, serve immediately. Here I would like to say that in my childhood I often had pasta with sugar and butter, and I loved it. But this version is something else. The amount of sugar is regulated by your taste and the spaghetti is only slightly sweet, and olive oil, flavored with garlic, Italian determines the taste of the dish. In the Sicilian cuisine there are even such combinations as raisins and anchovies, and I want to say that it really can be delicious!
