Pasta Amatriciana
Ah, this pasta. Well, who doesn't love her... And what a different it can be. I propose another simple and very quick recipe.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    450 g

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    400 g

  • Bacon

    5 slice

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Parsley

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Cheese

    100 g

Cooking

Prepared foods and cheese.

Pour into pan olive oil, add the onion and cook until translucent.

Add the bacon and cook for another few minutes. Add the garlic and mix well.

Add the tomatoes in own juice, salt, pepper, sprinkle with red pepper and boil the sauce on low heat for 15-20 minutes.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Chop the parsley with a knife.

Boil pasta until almost cooked. Drain the water, discard in a colander.

Put the pasta, add hot sauce (you can mix the pasta with sauce), sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
