Cooking
Wash rice, pour warm water and leave for 1 hour.
Coffee brewing 1\4 cups of boiling water for 5 minutes, drain. Garlic finely chop, fry 1-2 minutes on the pan. Add the diced pork. Fry for 7 minutes.
Grind in blender 1/4 lemon with peel (remember to remove bones).
To the meat add the coffee and beer, cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the lemon zest and bread crumb. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low heat for another 20 minutes.
On a separate pan lightly sauté the peas, corn, sliced peppers.
Cover with water, add salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low heat until the rice is tender.
Cooked rice combine with meat, keep frying for 1-2 minutes and serve.
