Pumpkin meatloaf
Roll I think of this as something of itself. Invented and prepared)) Turned out tasty, so I want to share my imagination with the public.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    350 g

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

Pumpkin RUB on a grater or shredder. A little add salt, add the egg and grated cheese. Mix everything.

In the beef add the soy sauce, salt, spices, egg. I put 2 eggs because they seemed too small but would be enough and one.

Pumpkin mince spread on a baking tray lined with parchment (I used a silicone Mat), and put in a preheated 200C oven for 15 minutes. Need to get the cheese well melted and slightly evaporate excess liquid.

When the pumpkin is cooked, take it out and allow to cool a little. Then put the minced meat.

Helping yourself with a spatula or knife, gently roll the loaf and move it to the foil.

Tightly wrap loaf in foil and put in oven on 180C for 20 minutes. Then open the foil and bake for another 15 minutes. Our roll is ready. Bon appetit))
