Hodgepodge of seaweed with squid
Tasty, healthy and easy. Maybe a separate dish, and complement to garnish. Good in hot or cold.

Ingredients

  • Sea Kale

    1 kg

  • Squid

    5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Vinegar essence

    1 tsp

Cooking

Sea Kale to defrost. Rinse several times in water. Pour hot water, put on the stove after the water boils, cook for 15 minutes. Drain the water, rinse the cabbage in cold water. Again pour hot water and again cook for 15 minutes. 5 minutes before end of cooking add salt and add vinegar. Drain the water and cabbage to drain in a colander.

Squid thaw, pour in a couple of minutes with boiling water, drain the water, remove the film. Cut into long strips.

Onion cut into cubes, carrots to grate and fry in vegetable oil until tender.

To prepare the onions and carrots, add the cabbage, stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Next, put the squid. Mix well.

When the stew boils, add the tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper. Simmer for another 2 minutes. Turn off the heat. The pan remove from the heat, otherwise the squid will be tough. Bon appetit!!!
