Very simple and quick recipe of delicious korikov! My sandwich maker has several different plates, so I chose the shape for doughnuts. One does not, you can use a standard form for sandwiches or Belgian waffles.

Cooking
That's all we need. Cooked the biscuits in the country, so instead of baking powder I had a soda, slaked vinegar.
This time I made with apples and cinnamon. In the photo the amount that I took on that portion of the test. You can use any fruit or doing without them altogether.
Whisk egg with a pinch of salt and milk. To the flour add the baking powder and start to pour the egg-milk liquid. Mix well the mass, if necessary, add a little milk. The batter should be not too steep and not liquid, just a mess. Then the resulting mass add the softened butter, again mix well and add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Now we need all a little stir to ensure sugar is dissolved not need. The dough is ready. Add the fruit and begin to bake.
The mold sandwich lightly grease with vegetable oil. Spread the dough depending on the size of the form, in my case went on a tea spoon.

And here's how they look in context. The biscuits moderately sweet and loves kids and adults. If you bake without adding fruit, I recommend to reduce slightly the amount of sugar and serve with ice cream and jam or marmalade. Enjoy your tea!
