Curry pancakes with crab sticks
Sunny bright original pancakes with a filling of crab sticks and green peas.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Crab sticks

    100 g

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Green onions

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

In a bowl sift the flour, curry and a pinch of salt. Add the egg, milk, vegetable oil and whisk until smooth.

For the sauce: in a saucepan melt the butter, add flour, cook 2 minutes, until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Then pour the milk, bring the sauce to a boil and, stirring constantly, boil 5 minutes on weak fire. Add salt to taste and remove the skillet with the sauce from the heat.

In a bowl, mix green onions, green peas, diced egg and crab sticks.

Pour in the sauce mixture and mix well.

Bake pancakes with two sides of cooked dough. I got 6 pieces. For each pancake to spread and distribute evenly cooked stuffing. Collapse envelopes.
