I decided to experiment with liver. What happened - I stand on your court.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Prunes

    150 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Dry red wine

    200 ml

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

The liver fry over high heat with a small amount of oil.
