Cooking
1. Peel potatoes, cut and boil.
2. Peel the onions and carrots.
3. Onions finely cut, carrots three on a small grater.

5. Take cheese, put in a bowl, cut into small pieces and pour small amount of hot water.

8. Put puree back into the saucepan with potato broth.
9. Add the onions with carrots and cheese.

11. Pour into a bowl, sprinkle with croutons, served to the table.
