Bread
The recipe is simple, but preparing for a long time (taken from the book ). Similar to regular bread from the store, but much tastier, doesn't crumble, cuts well =)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Water

    175 ml

In the sifted flour (300 g) add butter (1 tbsp), and chop with a knife (or fork as I am=) until then, until the mixture resemble crumbs.

Add sugar, yeast (1 tsp) and salt (1/2 tsp). Gradually add warm water (175 ml) to make the dough soft. Knead for 5 minutes, cover with a towel and leave to rise for 45 min.

When the dough doubles in volume, sprinkle with flour, knead again, put in the prepared, the right size shape. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 30 min.

On top lightly sprinkle with flour. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at tempo. 200°C. Then to get, cover with foil and bake for another 25 minutes.
