Cooking
Prepare the dough (shortcrust): margarine mash (do not heat!), add salt, sugar, baking soda, eggs, flour. All knead, mash until smooth, remove in the cold for 15 minutes (the time that we prepare the filling).
Toppings: cheese RUB on a small grater, mix with mayonnaise. If you want to more salty biscuits, podsalvage to taste.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-4 mm and cut into mold.
Spread the filling.
Put in oven, bake bake at 250 degrees until Golden brown (about 15 min).
