This is the appetizer I was born spontaneously in the process of preparing basic meals and got its name for its speed in cooking, for their neutrataste and simplicity. Just like twenty rubles, which is not true about the taste!

Cooking
Take large potatoes, boiled in their jackets and cut it across the slices. Then fry it until Golden brown in pork fat (lard), I used a tablespoon of this. You can also use vegetable oil, butter - who-prefer that.
The rolled out piece of puff pastry cut into squares (or circles), the size is the diameter not too different from our potato circles. I have a little test, so my squares came out a bit small, but this does not prevent their use as a "pedestal" for potatoes. Our squares bake in the oven or in the microwave. I used the latter and I did it in 3 minutes!
Then we'll need anchovies in oil. Alternatively, you can consider anchovy or herring to you, dear cooks!
The finished squares test (they, by the way, if you want you can cut along to was thinner) put potatoes on top of the anchovies, cut lengthways in thin strips or slices, capers and thinly sliced leeks. I also used the option of melted cheese with mushroom flavor, with our appetizer to put a minute in the microwave so that the cheese melted. Top pritrusit finely chopped parsley.
As a result, a crispy base of puff pastry, fried to a crisp potatoes, salty fish, spicy capers, gently felt the onion - turned out yummy! Try it!
