Lavender-Apple muffins
This is a very delicious version of muffin. They are trained in the area of Italy called Umbria. This recipe I learned from a friend who is often there. She said that the scent of lavender can be felt in the street when I walk past the cafe. I advise you to try and evaluate the taste and smell of Italy.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flowers

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    115 g

  • Vanilla essence

    0.5 tsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

Here are the products we need.

Mix the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder and salt) in a small bowl.

In another bowl, mix melted butter, egg, milk, vanilla extract and lavender flowers.

Then add the mixture of dry ingredients to milk mixture and mix well until smooth.

Apple cut into small cubes.

And half of the sliced apples, mix with the dough.

Spread the prepared dough in a muffin tin and put the remaining apples.

Bake at temperature 175*C for about 25 minutes. Check the readiness with a wooden toothpick. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes, then remove from the mold.
