Our family loves this fish. It can be cooked in any form. This dish is low in calories, so it is good to eat in the fasting days, especially after all the holidays.

Cooking
Let's start. First pripasaem our ingredients.
Cut tomato, bell pepper, onion half-rings. Salad (you can substitute a simple cabbage) strips. I put a carrot (which is true in a large grater), but I forgot to buy. Fish cut into portions.
And now all start to lay on the foil. First the salad, it onions, then peppers, then tomato,carrots and all this should be laid a La carte piece of fish, previously salted to taste and sprinkle with seasoning.
Wrap it all neatly stacked in the form and put in oven, preheated to 180-C for 15 min.
Serve, serve with a garnish of boiled rice. Bon appetit!
