Mackerel in foil
Tasty fish with mushrooms and cheese. This dish we had on the Christmas table.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

Mackerel defrosted, cleaned and disassembled into fillets and wash. Each fillet cut in half, season with salt and sprinkle with seasoning. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Mushrooms (I had the oyster mushroom) wash, cut and fry until cooked. Cheese to RUB on a large grater.

Cut the foil so you can wrap and put a bow.

Then put the fish fillet.

Put mushrooms.

Sprinkle with the cheese.

Foil wrap, put on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180*C for 30-35 mins(I baked at 200*C, and the onions slightly burnt).
